Add-to-Cart Popup

What it does

A modal confirmation that appears after a successful add-to-cart, showing the item, quantity, and a continue-or-checkout choice.

Why it matters

Confirms the action without redirecting. Customers always know whether their click registered, and they get a clear next-step path.

Where to find it

In WordPress admin: ★ Asteris Cart → Modules → Add-to-Cart Popup. The module is enabled by default on every fresh install of a Starter-or-higher licence — disable from the same page if you don”t want it.

Per-module settings live under that same page once enabled. Global module on/off lives at ★ Asteris Cart → Modules (the master switch grid).

Auto-dismiss timeout (off, 3s, 5s, 10s), show product image, show cart total, primary CTA destination (cart / checkout / close), enable cross-sells in popup.

Tips

Disable the popup if you’re using the Side Cart drawer — both opening at once is noisy. Side Cart wins by default.
